Staging - How Does It Work?

  • Initial Consultation - We meet with you to discuss your home in detail with you first to find out areas of special interest, hopes for enhancement, and areas that need to be minimized. This typically takes from 1-2 hours.
  • Walk-Thru - We walk your entire home to take notes and pictures.
  • Report - We schedule a time to return with a detailed report with our recommendations by room. The report will include the following:
~Price of Staging by the Room
~What to Pack
~What Might Need Additional/Professional Cleaning
~Furniture Placement
~Recommendations for Paint
~Recommended Repairs
~How to Accessorize
  • Staging - Once any necessary repairs and painting have been completed we can return to do some, or all, of the staging for you! It is completely up to you!

Staging Fees

Initial Consult & Detailed Report is determined by the square footage of your home.
  • $275 for 0-2000 sq.ft.
  • $375 for 2001-3000 sq.ft.
  • $475 for 3001-4000 sq.ft.

Actual Staging (priced per room and varies depending on need)
  • up to $275 for 12'x12' or smaller
  • up to $375 for 13'x13' - 20'x20'
  • up to $475 for Larger than 21'x21'

ReDesign - How Does It Work?

  • Initial Consultation - We meet with you to discuss your home in detail with you first to find out which areas you would like to be redesigned. We also want to learn about your taste, ideas for the room, and function of the room. This typically takes from 1-2 hours.
  • Report - We schedule a time to return with a detailed report with our recommendations. The report will include furniture placement, accesorizing ideas, furniture that could be brought in from other rooms of your home, pieces that would be best to remove from the space, recommended items to purchase to finish off your new look! For new items to buy, we are happy to work within the budget that you determine.
  • ReDesign - Once you have had time to review the report and consider our recommendations we can return to do some, or all, of the redesign for you! It is completely up to you!

ReDesign Fees

$75 per hour - work time spent in your home
$75 per hour - shopping
